Enjoy our microbrewed beer or specialty cocktails at the downstairs restaurant bar while listening to live music and acoustic bands. Venture upstairs to the harborview bar scene and find a spectacular view with a full bar, darts,  pool tables and great music. Southend throws special events including dinner parties, rehearsal dinners or corporate events. Our three story building is steeped with history and is one of Charleston’s most haunted buildings. You’re always in for a surprise and a great time when you visit Southend Brewery and Smokehouse.                                         

The Restaurant Bar – Perch yourself at Southend’s first floor bar, tucked away on the corner of East Bay and Queen Street. Watch live music while you nosh on a pub menu of nachos, pizza and beer or enjoy any selection from the full dinner menu. Order your favorite beer or cocktail while people watching through floor to ceiling glass windows.

The Harborview Bar – Our glass elevator brings you up to the 3rd floor where you can indulge in craft beer, microbrewed in house, a full dinner menu or pub food and games including pool tables and dart boards. As the name suggests, you’ll enjoy unbelievable views of Charleston Harbor and twinkling lights from the peninsula. Southend’s Harborview Bar is a great spot to kick back and watch the game on any of our flat screen TVs.

DJ Luigi’s Latin Groove Nights – Salsa Dancing Anyone? get on the dance floor Thursdays at 10pm, Saturdays at 10:30p. Arrive early for lessons and dance your night away.

Events & Catering – Allow Southend to host your party or event on our second and third floors. We will wine and dine your guests in our beautiful, high-end atmosphere. Whether your event is a wedding party, wedding rehearsal dinner, reunion, office gathering, reception,catering, etc., our banquet and event venue team stands ready to make your evening unforgettable.
